How Our Workflow Automation Works

Appointment Booking Automation

Our appointment booking automation is a simple workflow that runs by itself. Once a client books online, the system will send a confirmation message right away. Before the schedule, it also sends reminder messages (like 1 day or 2 hours before) so clients will not forget. On the day of the appointment, the staff just needs to update the status manually in the calendar (Showed or No-Show). Once updated, the system will continue the automation. If the client shows up, they will get a thank-you message and even a request for feedback. If the client did not show up, the system will send a message to reschedule and follow-up emails to try to win them back.With this setup, you don’t need to do manual follow-ups one by one. Every booking is confirmed, clients are reminded, and no-shows still get a second chance — saving you time and helping you keep your calendar full.
